  • 3-Year Warranty for domestic use.

  • 1-Year Warranty for commercial use.

Baths

  • 10-Year Warranty 

  • 1-Year Labour 

Toilets

  • 10-Year Warranty 

  • 2-Year replacement product or parts - valves

  • 1 -Year replacement product or parts - toilet seats
  • 1 -Year Labour

 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Commencement: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

  2. Installation Requirements: For powered mirrors, installation must be performed by a licensed electrician. Proof of professional installation is required to claim warranty.

  3. Product Integrity: The product must not be altered, modified, or repaired.

  4. Repair or Replacement: The decision to repair or replace a product is at Mera Mera's discretion, based on the specific product, fault, and circumstances at the time.

  5. Labour Costs: Mera Mera will not cover any labour costs involved in the removal or reinstallation of the product.

  6. Installation Quality: Mera Mera is not responsible for faults arising from poor installation.

  7. Transit Insurance: Transit insurance is provided, requiring the product to be inspected within 24 hours of delivery for any damage. Claims for scratches, chips, or marks post-installation will not be accepted after this period.

  8. Exclusions: Mera Mera is not liable for defects caused by excessive moisture, excessive heat, faulty electrical supply, or normal wear and tear.

  9. Product Replacement: In the event of a replacement, if the exact model is unavailable (due to being out of stock, superseded, or discontinued), an alternative or a model of equal or lesser value will be provided. Cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
