What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day exchange change of mind policy. Please note the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. If your mirror arrives damaged, report it to us within 24 hours and we will send out a replacement. Please check out our Mera Mera Promise.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
Our Mera Mera Promise guarantees that our mirrors are built to last, covering any manufacturing flaws or defects for 3 years from the delivery date.
Do you provide insured delivery?
Every mirror is a masterpiece and we treat it as such. That's why we insure every delivery. Remember to give it a look within 24 hours to ensure everything's in tip top shape.
Does MeraMera offer installation?
At the moment, we do not provide installation services. However, our mirrors without LED's are designed for easy installation, and we provide a comprehensive guide to assist you.
Mirrors with a Demister or LED's require an electrician to professionally install.
